The return policy is applicable to all products sold directly by Jewelry Line and will not apply to any sales by third parties.
Sales on Jewelry Line are final sales and no returns or exchanges will be accepted due to hygiene and health reasons.
Jewelry Line shall bear no responsibility for products lost or damaged during shipping or any delays caused due to the shipping companies and no refunds will be processed from our end.
Any queries related to an order received MUST be emailed or communicated on the same day of receiving the order.
We can offer to fix items damaged in post. Some exclusions may apply.
Please note that items that are customized in any form of change of beads, engraving, etching, embossing and other services may not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs for any items sent back to Jewelry Line for damaged items or repairs will HAVE to be borne by the customer. At this moment we do not offer free return postage.
